We take care to provide good-quality products to our customers. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Eligible for Replacement

A product may be eligible for replacement if:

The product is received damaged or defective.

The wrong product has been delivered.

The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.

Return/Replacement Request

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

The product should be unused and, wherever possible, kept in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or replacements may not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to improper use or handling.

Used, modified, or altered products.

Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

Claims made after the specified return period.

Refund

If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered after verification. Refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method and may take additional time to reflect in the customer's account.
